2008 Matchups
We are almost on. On like Donkey Kong. So here are the preliminary matchups. We can change them pretty easily so if you want to shift groups or people around comment here and we can start talking about it. Otherwise we can address together on the shortbus or when we get there. We will continue to play "team" games and award players points based on team performance (best ball, Vegas, etc). In addition, you are playing for yourself and must place an individual score. This score will be adjusted based on handicap. The Whackit Jacket will be awarded to the person with the lowest total handicapped score. Thanks to Jeremy for continuing to enhance the scoring system he designed a few years back. I am sure it will work out great. In addition, we will play some more side games during each round. Come with ideas. (aka, Tony bring plenty of ones to give a way).
Thurs April 3rd
World Tour - 1:00 PM tee time
Las Vegas- Las Vegas is a game where you use the digits from each players score to form the lowest number possible. If the first player gets a four and the second gets a five, a score of 45 is obtained for the hole (but not 54.) Lowest cumulative score wins.
Friday April 4th
The Pearl - 11:00am
Two Man Team - For two man team, you take the scores from each player and add them together to get a total score. Lowest cumulative score wins.
Saturday, April 5th
Myrtle Wood Pine Hills - 9:24 am
Two Man Best Ball - Two man best ball uses the best score from each pair as the score for the hole. Lowest cumulative score wins.

I like the games. Just wanted to iron out a few things. Is double par in effect? In Vegas, when Jared gets a 2 and I get a 12 (par 3) hopefully we won't have to card 212 but rather 26.
Jeremy, are you back in The States? Do you have your clubs?
Double par, not sure if we have been doing that or not. Makes sense for Vegas. Although if you are carding 10's or above you might as well pull a "Tony" and skip the next round. That way you can lay in bed all day watching reruns of Family Matters on TBS, insisting someone slipped something in your redbull and vodka that caused your high scoring.
Also, were we using mulligans during past golf trips? (insert cheater comments here)
