New Poker Games

I played poker with my brother inlaw and learned some new games. There were a few that I really enjoyed and are right up our alley. I am awful at remembering this shit so I am documenting here as a reminder to try them when all us fucks are together in May.

Kings and Babes (babies)
Basically a 5 card drop and guts mix. Deal 5 cards. Kings and low card in your hand are wild (the babies). Go around the horn and either in or out. Normal draw rules after declaring "in or out" (up to a 3 card draw) Winner takes pot. Losers pay the pot. If only 1 person stays they have to play Jorge. Jorge is drawn 5 cards in a row from the top of the deck if needed. Different then what we do.

4-4-4
Deal 4 cards. Deal 4 community cards in front of dealer. Fours are wild. Only four of kind can win. Nothing else. Round of betting left of dealer. Show community card 1. Round of betting. Basically you are betting on whether or not you have four of a kind. Show community card 2. Round of betting etc, etc.. Go through all four community cards. If no one has a four of a kind pass the deal and start again. Pot grows fast. We had some monster pots.

Five Card Fuck Your Neighbor
Deal 3 cards. Lowest card in your hand is wild. First, pass one card to your left. Next, dealer deals two more cards to everyone. Now pass one card to your right. Yes, I said right. Now take your hand of 5 cards and everyone does a 123 drop. Dealer calls the drop. Like guts if you win you take the pot, if you stay and lose you pay the pot and redeal occurs. This game was cool because you can pass the same card back. Wild shit!
